Charming spot with friendly staff
The central location was perfect for exploring Merida, with attractions just a stroll away. The staff, especially Gabriela and Angel, stood out for their kindness and helpfulness.
Parking can be a hassle due to limited spaces, resulting in confusion and extra costs for public parking. Our room's AC struggled a bit but was manageable .

Lovely old setting with a charming vibe, perfect for soaking in the local atmosphere. Just a few blocks from the bustling center, ideal for exploring.
The swimming pool is disappointingly small and not much of a draw. Complicated parking instructions led to extra costs for public parking, and room lighting was inadequate.

Excellent location. Staff is friendly.
There's a hot water problem. No safe in the room. They didn't change the towels until after 4:00.

The staff were super friendly and helpful .
Unfortunately, my room had a musty smell that was quite unpleasant. I also found the parking situation to be confusing, which led to added frustration when I had to pay for public parking nearby. The dark ambiance of the room and lack of proper lighting.
